I was catching up on Season 3 of Gossip Girl last week when I became obsessed with these square long stemmed glasses that Serena and Blair were drinking OJ from in an episode. I scoured the net to find a picture of the episode but I couldn’t find anything. I probably should have taken a picture of my TV. But you really don’t need a still shot from the episode to see how fabulous these glasses look.

I had to have these glasses. Plus my collection of glasses have depleted over the years from them breaking. I decided to scour Pinterest first to find the glasses and as luck would have it, I found them with my 1st search.  Someone had linked the picture on Pinterest from Crate and Barrel.  They are wine glasses and a Crate and Barrel Exclusive. Since I don’t drink wine, I would use them as my juice glasses like Serena & Blair.

The glasses were $12.95 each. It would be around $52 for 4. I actually thought $12.95 for the glasses weren’t a bad price. But the super frugal sleuth in me knew I could find them cheaper. And of course I did.

Naomi Glassware Collection, Set of 4 $15.96

I ended up finding a set of 4 for just $15.96 at World Market. I love this store. Unfortunately there isn’t one in NYC, but I had the pleasure of visiting one when I was in Chicago over the holidays. It’s a great store. I ended up buying the glasses from World Market and a 2 other sets for the same amount I would have paid for 4 glasses from Crate and Barrel.

I love it when I find a great buy.
