I’m interrupting my Greatest European Vacation posts to tell you about a fun event I went to last weekend. Light Up the Riverfront is an annual event along the Detroit riverfront. This was one of the first events I went to when I moved back to Michigan last year. It sort of co-signed that I indeed made the right decision to come back. I really enjoyed myself last year and this year. There was BBQ (even great vegetarian options), good music, games and the lovely view of the riverfront.
