Last night I made a delicious recipe that I had to share with you guys. I found this Mexican Chicken and Carrots recipe on Rachael Ray and decided to make it for dinner. What I loved about the recipe is that it included everything from the food groups. I had my protein, carb and veggie. Even though the title of the recipe lists chicken and carrots, it also includes a salad with homemade dressing. And can I say the dressing was so tasty. I’m talking about if I owned a restaurant, this recipe would be my signature dressing. That good. The only substitution I made to the recipe is that I added freshly minced garlic to the salad dressing and used one chicken thigh instead of a whole chicken. Try it and let me know what you think?

Looks delish definitely gonna look it up an try need to start clean eating as well an im looking for tasteful recipes that i can eat an dont mind eating so that i can stick to it an accomplish my goals!
