EBONY.com hosted their first invite-only Women-Up Brunch to celebrate their successful first year and toast 40 amazing Black women who are proven influencers in the world of media, business, community action, beauty and style. Women-Up was a May content series that highlighted issues and triumphs affecting Black women. The celebratory brunch was held at Beauty and Essex on the Lower East Side of New York City. The sponsors of the event included MegaGrowth and Fashion Fair Cosmetics. Oh…and I did the photography for the event. #EBONYwomenup
