I really didn’t expect my friendship post to resonate with so many of you.  Who knew folks read my blog.  Sometimes I just think I post and no one is reading.  I just want to thank you for your lovely comments and tweets.  All I can say is that I only write from my own perspective.  I’m sure some will beg to differ.  But there will always be 3 sides to every story, mine – theirs – the truth.  Writing on this blog is my therapy and I am glad you enjoyed my celebration of true friendship.

Last Sunday, I attended a wonderful brunch for my friend Erika. We dined at the Hudson River Café in Harlem. The brunch menu was pre-fixed. $25 or $32 depending on the size of your party and included unlimited cocktails. I love it when a friend has a celebration and they keep the price in mind for their guests.  And it was a big plus that it was in Harlem. I was able to ride my bike to the festivities.

I needed to wear something I could ride my bike in and feel comfortable. I wore a Target top and Gap denim. My hair is on it’s second day of a wash and go.
